Guardianship/Power of attorney
It is important to ensure that your affairs will be able to be dealt with should you be unable to do so due to ill-health. We can prepare powers of attorney, nominating somebody to deal with your finances and welfare in the future. We can also provide advice about Guardianship orders in cases where a friend or relative is unable to deal with their own affairs.
